My journey on this planet started in Southern California in the Capistrano Valley. I moved to Hawaii in my early 20’s and it’s been home ever since.
I’ve had some great highs and some really low low’s. I’ve lived through it all and today treasure everything life has put in my path, good and bad. My experiences and the lessons I’ve learned have made me who I am today.
I have a wonderful son, a beautiful daughter, 6 amazing grandkids and a partner who showed up when he was supposed to, not a minute earlier.

Thank you so much. I lived near Wee Jasper, NSW on a sheep station a long long time ago. I’m so glad you stopped by and took a look at my site. By opening myself up and sharing my thoughts, experiences and some of my inner workings I find it enables me to heal and grow. The peace and joy that has entered my life in the last seven years is by far the best thing that continues to happen. I haven’t reached nirvana yet, though. 🙂 Some days are good, some days are sort of dicey but no days are ever as bad as the days I drank and lived in the insanity of it all.
